Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 (2-layer) size Chocolate cake mix
- 1, 4 serving size Instant chocolate pudding powder
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Warm water
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Butter
Glazing
Procedures:
- Preheat oven to 350°F [175°C].
- Generously butter and flour a 12 cup [2.7 L] bundt pan.
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
- Beat on low to moisten, scraping down sides 2 or 3 times. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Turn into bundt pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean.
- Let stand for 20 minutes. Invert onto plate or rack to cool.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring often.
- Remove from heat.
- Spread over top of cake allowing some to run down sides.
