Hawaiian Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (2 layer) Yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4 oz) pkg Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (9 oz) can Crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz) tub Whipped topping, thawed
  • Coconut

Procedures:

  1. Bake a yellow cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch [22 x 30 cm] baking pan according to package directions. Let cool.
  2. Mix the pudding mix, pineapple and cream cheese; spread over top of cake.
  3. Spread the whipped topping over the pudding mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the coconut on the whipped topping.
