Chocolate Mocha Frosting

Chocolate Mocha Frosting
Ingredients:

1/4 cup Butter softened
1/2 cup Cocoa
2 cups Confectioners sugar
1/2 cup Hot strong coffee
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Procedures:

Beat all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth.
Add more icing sugar or water if needed for proper spreading consistency.
Frost top and sides of cake.
Garnish serving dish and cake for the occasion.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:

3-4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup Butter, soften
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1-1/2 cups Powdered sugar (icing sugar)

Procedures:

Combine cheese, butter and vanilla.
With an electric mixer, beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar, beating until light and easy to spread.
Add additional powdered sugar for more body.
