Chocolate Mocha Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 2 cups Confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hot strong coffee
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Procedures:

  1. Beat all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add more icing sugar or water if needed for proper spreading consistency.
  3. Frost top and sides of cake.
  4. Garnish serving dish and cake for the occasion.
